We will try and deliver your dumpster rental within 24 hours, but the best way to guarantee a specific day is to call several days in advance.

We do our best to deliver your dumpster  at a most convenient time for you. We normally give our customers a 3-4 hour window for delivery and usually the driver will call when he is on his way..

Is there a limit as to how long I can keep my dumpster rental on wheels?

Accepted Answer

Our standard time to rent a dumpster rental on wheels is either  24 hours or 4 days, depending on the which choice you made upon scheduling. Please call for more information if you think you may need to extend your rental period.  We will do everything to accommodate you based on dumpster availability (Additional charges can apply).

Do I need to be home or on the job site when my dumpster is delivered.

You do not need to be home or on the job site when your dumpster is delivered. Our dispatcher can pass along any special instructions to the driver deliveriing you dumpster.

Do I need to schedule a pick up when I am finished with my dumpster rental?

Accepted Answer

We don't want to take the dumpster  away when it is srill in use! We suggest you give us 24 hours notice when finishing up and we can pick up the dumpster on the next day. Depending on the availabilty of our drivers, we can also perform same day pick- ups.

What does my flat rate dumpster rental quote include?

Your Dumpster Rental Quote includes delivery, pick up, taxes and any other fees covering the tonnage limit for your dumpster.

How do I pay for my dumpster rental?

Accepted Answer

At Junk Busters we make dumpster rental convenient and affordable. We accept Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards. Payment is due prior to delivery or upon delivery if paying by cash or check. Please note: all customers must put a credit card on file to cover any overages or prohibited material.

What is not accepted in my dumpster rental.

Accepted Answer

We cannot accept Hazardous chemicals, paint, asbestos. no concrete, gas cylinders, tires, refrigerators, or air conditioners.  Tires are accepted, but additional fees may apply.

Question 9

How high can I fill my dumpster?

Accepted Answer

Dumpsters can be filled level with the top edge. Any dumpster rental that is overfilled will not be picked up. Please note additonal fees apply.
